gTerra Ltd. was formed in 2003 with the purpose of creating the "Next generation Property System" for California.

The founders of gTerra Ltd. have 52 years of combined experience with Property Tax Systems and Information Technology in California County Government. Through their extensive experience the developers have created the most advanced Property System for California Assessors to date.

The Assessor System

gTerra Ltd. has now released its Assessor Property System (gPS) for California Assessors. The Secured and Unsecured Rolls, along with their supporting processes, are integrated into this user-friendly web-based system. The latest software technologies are applied to all functions of the Assessor's Office, achieving the highest levels of automation for Property Systems.

In the past year, gTerra Ltd. has demonstrated gPS across California with enthusiastic response. Our live demonstrations have received praise for the user-friendliness and depth of functionality within gPS.
